Identity and contact data (name, email); professional data you submit (your CV and its contents); assessment data (your answers and resulting scores); billing data (name, address, tax details where required for invoicing); payment data (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers); and technical/usage data generated when you use the platform.

To provide the service you purchased and manage your account — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To issue invoices and meet tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). To secure and improve the platform — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Where we send optional marketing, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Lovable / Cloudflare (application hosting and delivery), and Resend (transactional email). Some of these providers are based outside the EU; where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and assessment data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Invoicing and fiscal records are retained for 10 years as required by Italian law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by contacting info.consultingbootcamp@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
